Nichole's Skin Rejuvenation

Cosmetic Consultations

If you’re thinking about softening lines, refreshing your look, or adding a little definition to areas like your cheeks or lips, the first step is a personal consultation with me a registered health practitioner. (AHPRA NMW0001025275) This is your chance to chat about your goals, ask questions, and find out what options may suit you.

Why a Consultation Matters

Because these treatments involve prescription-only medicines, I can’t go straight into a treatment without meeting you first. More importantly, it’s the best way to make sure any treatment is safe and tailored to you.

Your consultation is designed to:

• Give me an understanding of your health and medical history
• Explore what you’d like to achieve
• Go through possible options, including benefits and risks
• Provide clear, honest answers to your questions
• Allow you time to consider everything — with no pressure to go ahead

Before You Come In

It can be helpful to think about a few things before your consultation:

• Your motivations – Are you after something subtle or a bigger change?
• Your health – Do you have any allergies, conditions, or medications we should know about?
• Your expectations – What sort of results would feel right for you?
• Costs – Fees for prescription-only treatments will be explained during your appointment.

What to Expect on the Day

Your consultation is relaxed and completely focused on you. Typically, I will:

• Talk through your concerns and goals (like fine lines, lips, or cheeks)
• Gently assess the areas you’d like to discuss
• Explain possible approaches, along with risks and likely results
• Share what recovery and aftercare might look like
• Give you the time and space to ask anything on your mind

Aftercare Support

If you choose to go ahead after your consultation, you’ll receive personalised aftercare advice. Common tips may include:

• Taking it easy for a short while (avoiding heavy exercise, alcohol, or too much sun)
• Using a cool compress if the area feels tender
• Keeping an eye on how things are healing and letting me know if anything feels unusual
• Coming back for a review appointment if it’s recommended to make any adjustments to your treatment plan

Common Questions

Can I have treatment on the same day as my consultation?
In some cases, yes — if it’s safe and you feel comfortable. Sometimes it’s better to wait, and I will guide you.

How long does a consultation take?
Usually around 30–45 minutes, giving me time to listen, assess, and answer your questions. Is there downtime?

It depends on the treatment. I will explain what you can expect so you can plan ahead.
